Is this like a Traditional Brokerage

Yes and No.  We are similar in the sense that we have physical offices and provide full services and support for our agents   However, our 100% commission flat fee structure attracts the top producers and our proprietary eBroker platform allows for Broker Owners to efficiently manage their office's operations.

What kind of experience does one need?

We are the perfect fit for brokerages looking to retool, rebrand and restructure their business model to one that is agent-centric.   However, other real estate professionals and teams, or entrepreneurs may also partake in this unique opportunity.   Owners may always hire a Broker of Record to operate the business.  Broker Operations, Sales and eBroker platform training will be part of this franchising program.

What is the Fee Structure?

Our initial franchise fee is competitively priced and reflects the equity and value of the brand.   We currently have excellent promotional pricing too.   The fee increases as we gather equity and hence it is more economical to own a franchise early.   Our goal is to build the brand equity so that owners will be able to higher rate of investment (ROI) through a expansion strategy both locally, nationwide and internationally.

Which markets are available for purchase?

We adopt the German expansion plan of Blitzkrieg, a similar retail strategy to Starbucks or Pink Berry.   All markets in USA are available for purchase with more offices in highly populated cities.   We are also seeking to have a presence in Canada, S Korea and China at the same time.

How do I know whether I will be successful?

Franchising is not for everyone.  We have in place a team that will review your background, experience and goals and then discuss to see the best fit for success.   Running a franchise requires capital, time, effort and most importantly an entrepreneurial drive.

What is the protected area of a franchisee?

Our goal is to have an office cover an area to be of service to associates and still be profitable.   This will vary depending on the zip codes and population density.  Hence, prime areas will sell fast and it is crucial to act fast before these prime markets are sold.
